Public Records Request

Release of public records is governed by RCW 42.56 and RCW 70.02 as well as by federal privacy laws. To request public records, contact our records custodian by e-mail (PublicRecordsRequests@nkfr.org) or by calling (360) 297-3619 during regular business hours. With your request, include the following information:

• Name of the party requesting the records
• Address (U.S. Mail or e-mail) to receive the records requested
• Record(s) requested
• Contact information for any questions regarding the request

Please note that, under state law, NKF&R has the ability to impose a reasonable fee associated with a public records request.
